The Product by Date report displays sales of individual products based on date filters.

The sales report has five different filters so you can display data in exactly the way that will help you the most. These filters include:

1. Start Date - the starting date of the report to display
2. End Date - the last date (inclusive) of the report to display
3. Group By - the time frame in which to group the report by. This can be Day, Month or Year.
4. Per Page - the number of results to display on the page at a time

The report displays products in orders of all statuses.

In addition to the filters, by clicking the title of each column in the report, you may sort by that value. For example, to sort by the Sku, you would click on the "Sku" column header.

At the bottom of the report - always in view - are the totals. These totals correspond to the column directly above them.

By clicking the "Print or Export CSV" button, you can get either a hardcopy of the report, or a digital version that works in Excel. Both the printed and downloadable versions of the report follow your filtering and sorting criteria.

Product by Date Drill-Down

When you click on a record, a drill-down report of the customers who made the purchases will be displayed. This drill-down report allows you to sort by clicking the column header. And, if the administrator has the Rights to manage orders, clicking the customer record will open that order in the Order editor where they can see the order details and make modifications.
